What do I need to do to get my wheels repaired?
- In order to quote we need to see the car, so we'll arrange an appointment for you at our workshop or we'll arrange to visit to give you a quotation.
- We then agree a date for the repair to be done at our specialist workshop
- You bring the car to workshop and we'll usually have your wheels repaired within 1-2 days

How long will I be without my car?
Once we've agreed an appointment time and date, the whole process is normally completed within 1-2 days. |

How much does it cost?
The costs vary depending on the extent of damage and work required to return the wheel to an "as new" condition. Once we've inspected the wheel we'll provide a quotation for the alloy wheel repair. |

Can I borrow a courtesy car while my car's off the road
All locations are able to offer courtesy cars subject to availability and prior arrangement. |

How is the alloy wheel repaired?
Using approved machinery, hand tools, abrasives and finishes we:
- Remove the appropriate wheel from the vehicle
- Separate the tyre from the wheel bead
- Clean the wheel
- Re-profile / re-straighten the affected area
- Clean the wheel
- Apply primers, bonding chemicals, final and clear finishes as required
- Dry and "set" the repair
- Re-mount the wheel to required specifications
- Final quality and safety check the wheel
